Ingleside announced as a "Priority Growth Area"; with Draft Structure Plan for Ingleside released in December 2016.

The precinct planning for Ingleside is informed by Technical Studies commissioned by the Department of Planning and Environment and its project partners, Northern Beaches Council and Urban Growth NSW. For any questions relating to the Draft Structure Plan & SEPP amendment, please refer to our frequently asked questions.

Public comment on the Draft Structure Plan is now closed. The submissions and issues raised are now being considered by the Department, project partners and technical consultants. An overview of the submissions received, outlines the key issues raised in the 425 submissions.
