Ingleside announced as a "Priority Growth Area"; with Draft Structure Plan for Ingleside released in December 2016.

In collaboration with the Department of Planning and Environment (DPE) and Landcom, a draft Land Use and Infrastructure Strategy was released in December 2016 for community consultation.

The Technical Studies that informed the strategy were also part of the exhibited documents. Public comment on the Draft Structure Plan is now closed. An overview of the submissions received, outlines the key issues raised in the 425 submissions.

In response to community concerns, and to comply with the draft Planning for Bushfire Protection Policy 2017, a Bushfire Risk Assessment is being prepared to inform further master planning for Ingleside.

The project team are working on a revised Land Use and Infrastructure Implementation Plan (known as the Precinct Plan). This will be released for consultation in late 2018.
